A mistrial is declared in a Perry County attempted murder case.
Tracy Lynn Napier is accused of trying to kill Carl Holbrook.
Police say Napier shot Holbrook several times near the Bonnyman community last year.
After about four hours of deliberations, the jury said they were deadlocked.
The judge set a status conference for Thursday afternoon to determine what happens next.
