More charges come from illegal gambling bust

More people have been charged in an illegal gambling operation.

The alleged operation was taking place in an old funeral home.

Police have charged 29-year old Christopher Asher with supplying gambling machines and 44-year-old David Barnes for managing the operation.

Officials with the Laurel County Sheriff's Office say they found nineteen gambling machines, along with coin and bill counters and nearly ten-thousand dollars.

The sheriff calls it one of the biggest gambling busts that he's ever seen.
