We're learning new details about a crash that killed a man.
35-Year-old Carter Caldwell died when his car ran off Kentucky 27 in Bell County and into a creek this weekend.
Monday morning, we learned a trooper who lives near the wreck heard it and, with the help of another man , was able to rescue a passenger.
That passenger, Allen Puckett, is now in the hospital.
No word on his condition.
