A Morehead State University professor is named as one of the top ten space professionals in the world.
Space Science professor Bob Twiggs is on this list alongside President Barack Obama and SPACE-X founder Elon Musk.
Twiggs invented the "Cube-Sat", a miniature satellite used for NASA research.
Twiggs also helped found the Kentucky Space Program in 2004 and became a professor at MSU in 2009.
