Mother injured in Rowan County fire is improving

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WYMT) - A mother, injured in a deadly fire, is improving.

We have learned Lottie Pennington was upgraded to fair condition Wednesday at UK Hospital.

She's been there since the December 20th fire in the Clearfield community of Rowan County.

The fire killed her young son Edward and injured her husband and their three other children.
