Perry County man indicted on murder charges

HAZARD, Ky (WYMT-TV) --- A Perry County man was indicted today on three murder charges.

Police say Dalton Stidham gunned them down three people during what was supposed to be a custody exchange on January 15th. He pleaded not guilty to the charges and the grand jury indicted him on the charges today.

It happened in the parking lot of Hazard Community and Technical college.
