HAZARD, Ky (WYMT) - A man has been indicted in connection with the alleged murder of Jerry Combs in Perry County.
Prosecutors say in early August, Adrian Banks allegedly stabbed and killed Combs in the Allais Community.
Banks was indicted on one count of murder last Friday.
At last check, he was not in jail.
