SALYERSVILLE, Ky. (WYMT) - A Magoffin County murder suspect is expected back in court Monday.
Police say Daniel Hackworth shot and killed Donnie Allen on Monday in Salyersville.
After Hackworth allegedly killed Allen, Allen's fiancé says Hackworth accidentally called her, asked for a ride and then hung up.
Allen was supposed to get married the day after he died.
Hackworth pleaded not guilty Wednesday and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Monday.
