HARLAN, Ky. (WYMT) - A trial scheduled in Harlan County for a man accused of murdering a coal operator has been postponed.

Ernest Hensley is accused of killing Harry Miller Maupin of Richmond more than 25 years ago.

Maupin disappeared in 1985.

His body was never found.

Police arrested and charged Hensley two years ago after learning that Maupin was shot and his body moved out of Harlan County.

There is no word on why the trial was postponed or when it will be re-scheduled.
