Murder suspect out of jail on bond

A Pulaski County man charged with murder is now out of jail.

Matthew Patterson pleaded not guilty Friday morning. He also posted a $250,000 cash bond and was released from jail.

Police say Patterson shot Jeremiah Litton and Glenn Blevins outside a Somerset apartment Thursday. Litton died from his injuries

Police say Litton and Blevins were trying to help a friend who was arguing with Patterson when the shots were fired.
