Investigators have released the names of those involved in a deadly accident in Laurel County.
Brenda Creech, 59, of Lily died when the van she was driving crossed the center line of Kentucky 192 and hit a Toyota Camry head-on around 6:30 p.m. Monday.
Two people in the Camry, Jessica Clark and Amber Tye, were airlifted to University of Kentucky Hospital.
They were listed in fair condition Tuesday morning.
Laurel County Sheriff's deputies say they're still looking into why Creech crossed into the car's path.
