Governor Beshear appoints new magistrate in Harlan County

HARLAN, Ky. (WYMT) - Harlan County has a new magistrate in the fifth district.

Governor Beshear has appointed Delbert Stephens to replace Delzinna Belcher, who resigned.

Stephens is from Coldiron and is the Director of Parks and Recreation for the Harlan County Fiscal Court.
