New website makes it easier for Kentucky students to transfer from community colleges to four-year schools

Updated: Wed 7:31 PM, Jun 06, 2012

A new website is making it easier for Kentucky students to transfer from community colleges to four-year schools.

The new website launched Wednesday by the Council on Post secondary Education.

It allows people to search course catalogs of Kentucky’s colleges and universities to learn how courses transfer to a chosen institution.

Students can compile lists of courses using the “My Course List” and see how courses county toward degree programs at public institutions.

To view the website go to KnowHow2Transfer.org.
