Another band of snow will move into the region tonight. That plus temperatures into the lower 20s will create slick spots across the mountains. Additional accumulation of up to a half inch is possible in the valleys, while up to an additional inch is possible on the ridges. HARLAN, Ky. (AP) - Officials in Harlan County are developing an equestrian trail that will connect to Cumberland Gap National Park.
Kentucky first lady Jane Beshear said in a statement Thursday that Brush Mountain Trail will be "another outstanding adventure tourism destination."
