It's a project that's expected to extend sewer lines and expand revenue in Floyd County.

The Harold Sewer Project has been in the works for 14 years and could affect thousands of people.

The new sewer lines will stretch for five miles, affecting hundreds of residents and heaps of businesses.

These improvements cost a pretty penny; the first of four phases has a price tag of nearly four million dollars.
