No charges will be filed following tear gas grenade explosion

Police say no charges will be filed after a tear-gas grenade explosion sent around twenty people to the hospital in Harlan County earlier this month.

Investigators say three children were playing with the grenade, at a home in Harlan County, when one child pulled the pin and caused it to explode in his hand.

All of those injured have since been released from the hospital.
Police say the children found the Vietnam War era grenade on a shelf.
