A man accused of causing a deadly accident last year in Perry County is set to go on trial in November.
21 year old Cory Carroll was just indicted this month.
He's accused of driving under the influence and crashing into another vehicle head-on, killing 28 year old Arizona Vires and injuring himself and two others.
Carroll pleaded not guilty Thursday.
The Hazard Herald reports Carroll was scheduled to be released from jail on home incarceration as part of a reduced bond.
