Nursing home is issued a citation

A Paintsville nursing home is cited after a resident died last month.

The Lexington Herald reports the resident, whose name and gender were not included in the type-a citation, died after a fall at mountain Manor.

Officials at the nursing home did not return calls seeking comment.
