Obama supporters release 2012 campaign video

WASHINGTON (AP) - President Barack Obama says even though it'll be a while before he intensifies his campaign for reelection, the time for supporters to mobilize is now.
Obama formally announced his re-election campaign today with a video and emails to supporters.
The announcement had been widely expected and White House officials said over the weekend that his campaign would file papers this week with the Federal Election Commission to launch his 2012 re-election effort.
Aides say that aside from attending additional fundraisers, Obama will stick to his day job of president until Republicans settle on a candidate to run against him next spring.
