Officials in Floyd County announced Thursday that their law enforcement team will now have the benefit of a new E-Warrant system that Attorney General Jack Conway started in April.
The system will allow Floyd County to share information with more than fifty other rural counties around the state.
Conway says he expects warrant service rates to increase upwards of 80 percent with the new program.
It is being offered at no cost to local communities.
