A hearing is being held Monday to determine if a Mingo County bar will get back its liquor license.
Earlier this month, the West Virginia Alcohol Beverage Control Administration suspended the license of Yesterday's Bar in Williamson.
A spokesperson with the ABCA suspended the license for public safety reasons after the bar was the scene of a large fight and a stabbing. Police say 400 people were in the bar when the fight broke out.
The ABCA spent all morning talking about the case and we're told the meeting ended about 2 p.m. Monday. The bar owner attended the meeting.
ABCA Supervisor Gig Robinson tells our sister station a decision isn't expected until April.
