BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WYMT/LEXINGTON HERALD LEADER) - A south central Kentucky judge has dismissed a meth making charge against the father of a 20 month old baby who died after drinking drain cleaner.
The Lexington Herald Leader reports 22 year old Bryan Daniels, who has been on trial this week on charges related to the death of his son in Wayne County back in 2009.
No witnesses said they saw Daniels making meth in the home where his son drank the cleaner.
Daniels still faces murder and child endangerment charges and could face 20 years to life if convicted.
Jurors will begin deciding his fate Friday after closing arguments.
