One injured in mine accident

One man is still in the hospital after a mine related accident in Harlan County.

State officials say 48 year old James Nash of Speedwell, Tennessee was operating a dozer when it overturned, causing serious injuries.

Nash was taken to Holston Valley Medical Center where he remains in stable condition.
