A woman is dead and an arrest is made after a three-vehicle crash.
A deputy coroner says it happened Tuesday night on Route 979 in Hi Hat.
23-year old Tiffany Michelle Adams of Pike County died in the crash.
Four others were injured, two of them seriously.
Officials say the driver of one of the vehicles was arrested.
Police have not released any other information.
