Operation UNITE receives one hundred thousand dollars from Kentucky River Properties.
The money will be used to provide treatment vouchers to low-income people in Perry, Knott, Leslie and Letcher counties.
Some of the funds will also support drug court programs.
Officials say this is the third payment of a five year pledge to the UNITE foundation.
