A slow moving cold front will bring rain back to the mountains Tuesday afternoon and evening. Some storms could contain heavy rain and could lead to new flash flooding. Keep an eye on water levels in flood prone areas and do not cross flooded roadways.
We now know the name of the person killed in a Morgan County crash.
State Police say 50 year old John Hibbens of Paintsville was driving along Kentucky 172 Wednesday night when his vehicle crossed the center line, dropped off the left shoulder of the road, went down an embankment and hit a utility pole.
The car eventually overturned, throwing Hibbens out.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
