The Commonwealth will seek the death penalty against a Clay County couple accused of killing Earl Woods, 74.
Joshua Morsch is accused of killing Woods in 2012 in Clay County.
His jury trial is set to begin June 8, 2015.
Morsch's girlfriend, Kathy Stewart, will face a complicity to commit murder charge for the killing.
Her next court date has not been set.

Joshua Morsch and Kathy Stewart both pleaded not guilty for the December murder of Earl Woods.
Police say they believe it started out as a robbery that went wrong and ended with Woods being allegedly beaten and stabbed to death inside his home.
Prosecutors told us they will seek the death penalty in the case.
