SCIENCE HILL, Ky. (WKYT) - There's concern in a Pulaski County neighborhood over a man, some say, is asking children to do obscene things.
The Pulaski County Sheriff tells us they are looking into reports of a man in a black car offering to pay children $20 to expose themselves. It's been happening in the Science Hill area.
One woman tells WKYT her five and six-year-old children were asked to put on diapers in front of the man.
The woman says she is concerned the man may try to abduct children.
The Sheriff's Office is asking parents to be on alert for this man.
