Perry County man indicted on a rape charge

HAZARD, Ky. (WYMT) - A Perry County man has been indicted on a rape charge.

The indictment says that in February of 2011, Stephon Slone of Scuddy forced a girl to have sex.

He was also indicted for being a persistent felony offender.
