WYMT Severe Weather Alert

We're tracking the possibility of more storms rolling through today, with some of them being strong to severe. The Storm Prediction Center has the entire area under a slight risk for severe weather through this evening. The main threats at this point look to be wind and hail. We will continue to monitor the situation and update you as needed.

Perry County Highway Shut Down

Highway 476 in the Ary community of Perry County will be shut down until further notice due to an accident.

Perry County 911 officials say it will be shut down for at least two hours.

The crash is in the same area that a tanker truck crashed this afternoon.
