Perry County man indicted on murder charges

A Perry County grand jury indicts a man charged with murder.

Police say Timothy Ryan Sizemore shot Samuel Louive on Baker Street in Combs back in November.

A State Police detective testified that Louive was shot multiple times.

Sizemore is being held at the Kentucky River Regional Jail on a one million dollar bond.
