Perry County man sentenced

A Perry County man learns his fate after pleading guilty to two counts of attempted murder.

The Hazard Herald reports Garfield Herald was sentenced to 15 years in jail.

Shawn Mobelini and Albert Jent were shot near Vicco in the spring of 2010. The shooting left Mobelini with ongoing complications and Jent is now in an assisted living facility.

Another person charged in the case, Johnny Macintosh, is set to go on trial October 31st.
