PIKEVILLE, Ky. (WYMT) - A Pike County pharmacy is named in a federal drug indictment.

Earlier this year, we told you about an indictment accusing nearly two dozen people of charges related to pill mills.

In a superseding indictment, prosecutors claim Marrowbone Hometown Pharmacy in Regina conspired to sell, purchase or trade prescription drug samples; attempted Medicare fraud; and conspired to conduct illegal financial transactions with proceeds from healthcare.
