PIKEVILLE, Ky. (WYMT) - A Pike County man accused of murder was arraigned today.

Bruce Dillon pleaded not guilty to the murder charge after police say they found a body outside his home in Aflex.

The body was sent to Frankfort where officials are still waiting for a positive identification.

Dillon's wife Sherry was reported missing last month.

"Anytime you're dealing with the loss of a life there's nothing more serious that we could deal with, and we take a case like this and prosecute it to the fullest extent of the law which is our intention obviously in this case," said Tommy Chamberlin, Chief Assistant Pike County Attorney.

Dillon is being held without bond in the Pike County Detention Center.
