A Pike County man is charged with impersonating a police officer.
Officials say Willie Pauley allegedly used his lights in his truck and pulled over a car.
Elkhorn City Police filed the charges against Pauley.
He pleaded not guilty and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Thursday.
