Pikeville Homeless Shelter gets donation

The WestCare Homeless Shelter in Pikeville received a $2,500 donation on Tuesday.
Walters Toyota held a community food and toy drive for the shelter in December and decided to also present a monetary donation.
Toyota has a dealer match program and is sending another $2,500 check to the shelter.

"I just want to thank everybody that has helped us out. We are the best kept secret in town, and I hope that that changes as a result of the public becoming more aware of us," said Ray Cox with WestCare.

Anyone wanting to make donations to the shelter can take them directly to the shelter or drop them off at any Walters dealership.
