Plea deal announced in Perry County case

Perry County, KY - A plea deal was announced today in a case involving a Perry County Woman.

Commonwealth's Attorney John Hansen says Lilli Hurt agreed to serve 25 years for robbery and assault charges, instead of attempted murder charges. Under this agreement she could be eligible for parole in less than 10 years.

This is after police said Hurt entered the Grapevine BP gas station and attempted to take money from the gas register and where two people said she stabbed them.

The judge scheduled another hearing on September 12th, so both victim's statements can be heard. He will listen to those statements before he makes a decision on the plea.
