A plea agreement is reached for one of two men charged in connection with a 2008 murder.
In the agreement, Timothy Marsillett will spend 15 years behind bars in the death of Tom Bentley.
Police say Bentley was shot once in his Floyd County home in May of 2008 before his house was set on fire.
Richard Lee Adkins, who admitted he pulled the trigger, is serving a life sentence.
