KNOX Co., Ky. (WYMT) - The search is over for a man who police say robbed a store in Barbourville. The Barbourville police say they have identified Shawn Stehlin as the man who robbed Brock's Tobacco store last week, but some in Knox County are still scared.
Surveillance video shows Shawn Stehlin walking up to the drive through at the tobacco store. Police say Stehlin pointed a gun at the clerk and demanded all of the money.
This is not his first offense. Police say Stehlin is believed to be involved in two other robberies, including the Unique Tanning and Gifts.
Even though police caught Stehlin some businesses in Knox County remain concerned.
Carolyn Glander is an employee at Lee's Food Mart. Glander says she was not worried until now.
"Before the robbery started it didn't really bother me, but then, then you think about. You know, what if somebody is standing somewhere watching for you to come in. So then that's why we started getting police escorts."
Police want to remind people that when possible, never work alone.
Police say they are more than willing to help businesses in need of extra patrol or anyone wanting to know how to better secure their store.
