2am Update:
CUMBERLAND, Ky. (WYMT) - State police say 66-year-old Paul Kemplin was found inside his apartment Tuesday in Cumberland.
His relatives had asked police to check up on him.
Police say Kemplin was found dead inside the bathroom and had likely been there for several days.
At this time, state police say foul play is not suspected pending results of an autopsy.

State police tell Mountain News they have found a body in an apartment in Cumberland.
We are told the call came in about 8:15 Tuesday and is being treated as a death investigation.
No other details are being released right now.
