Police need help finding man who robbed Knott County gas station

KNOTT COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) - 6am Update:

Police are not releasing many details at this time, but we have confirmed the Double Kwik Marathon on Highway 80 in Hindman was robbed just after 11 Tuesday night

The clerk working at the time of the robbery says a man wearing an orange hoodie and ski mask entered the store with a gun and demanded money. Witnesses say the experience was scary.

"He just told her to give him the money and he told me to turn around and look the other way. he didn't want me staring at him. Then, he just said I'm coming Roger, I'm coming and then went out the door." Tommy Baker, a witness to the crime, told WYMT's Tanner Hesterberg.

Police are not sure how much money was stolen, but believe the robber got away in an older-model, black car.
