SOMERSET, Ky. (WYMT) - Police need your help tracking down a man they say beat a four-year-old child.

The Pulaski County Sheriff's Office has issued a warrant for 29-year-old Lemuel Burton, charging him with assault.

They're also looking for the child and the child's mother 23-year-old Kendra Johnson.

Investigators say family members told them Burton beat the child while drinking.

They think Burton, Johnson, and the child are together and hiding out with people they know in the Pulaski County area.

The sheriff's office says Johnson may face charges as well because she's not come forward to report the child's injuries.
