Police searching for caretaker after disabled man found living in filth

The search is on for a southern Kentucky woman after a bed ridden man she was supposed to be caring for was found living in filth.
Minnie McDonald is charged with knowingly abusing an adult.
She was supposed to answer to the charges in court Tuesday morning, but she never showed up and the judge issued a warrant for her arrest.
Police charged McDonald last month after doing a welfare check on the 70-year-old man she was supposed to be caring for.
Court records show the man was found laying in his bed, soaked on his own urine and waste, and covered in flies.
They say the trailer he was living in had no air conditioning and that there was just a fan blowing hot air on him.
McDonald's landlord told WKYT she is likely living in Michigan.
The victim in this case is now being cared for by his son.
