LONDON, Ky. (WYMT) - Officers in Laurel County need your help finding a suspected drunk driver who left the scene of an accident that injured four people, including two kids.

Deputies tell us they found one of six people at the scene on Hawk Creek Road, where a Chevy Blazer hit a tree just before nine Tuesday night.

We're told the driver of that car, 30 year old Elmer Oakley of London, and four others left the scene after the accident.

Deputies found beer cans and whiskey bottles in the vehicle.

Police later found a woman and her two children, ages 8 and 9, at a home about a quarter of a mile down the road.

Oakley is believed to be extremely intoxicated. He will face multiple charges, including a third DUI, in five years.
