LOGAN, W.Va. (WYMT/WSAZ) - Police are searching for a suspect is wanted in a murder investigation involving an elderly man found dead Tuesday in his Logan home.
Family members discovered the body of Grover Morrison, who was in his 80s, inside his home along Stratton Street. He had been reported missing earlier Tuesday.
Police are looking for John Edward Dempsey, 37, of Logan County. He is described as 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds. Dempsey is considered to be armed and dangerous and possibly in the Man area.
Morrison's car had been missing, but police found the 2012 Buick Lucerne near Man Tuesday night.
