Police are still searching for escapee

Police say they're still looking for a man who has escaped from the county jail twice!

Joey Spradlin escaped from the McCreary County Jail in Whitley City in April by squeezing through a hole in the recreation area.

He was captured a short time later.

Police say a recent check of the jail's enrollment showed that he is missing again.

Police say they're not sure how he escaped this time.

The sheriff tells us that they've received several calls of possible sightings of Spradlin living in caves.

They also say people have seen him with a gun, and consider him to be armed and dangerous.

If you have any information you should call police.
