Somerset Police have arrested a Clay County man on multiple counts of terroristic threatening.
Police say forty six year old Jeffrey Croucher placed multiple calls to Lake Cumberland Hospital claiming there was a bomb in the building.
Croucher was arrested Sunday night at his home and is being held in the Pulaski County Detention Center.
