One brother is in the hospital, the other in jail following a stabbing early Wednesday morning in Catlettsburg.
Boyd County Deputies say the incident happened at a house in the 5000-block of Buckhaven Court, in Catlettsburg, about 3:45 a.m.
Kurt Faulkner, 25, was taken to Cabell Huntington Hospital with a stab wound to the chest.
Justin Faulkner, 30, was arrested and charged with assault. He was taken to the Boyd County Detention Center.
Family members told deputies, the brothers had been arguing all evening and that it turned physical early Wednesday morning.
