For the past five months, Jarrod Howard has worked to rebuild his Magoffin County home that was destroyed during the March second tornado outbreak.

But in the process of the rebuilding, Howard's home has been burglarized twice, the most recent incident happened earlier this week.

Howard's ATV was stolen from his home on Wednesday night and he thought he'd never see it again.

But on Thursday morning, the Magoffin County Sheriff's Office called Howard with some good and unexpected news--they had recovered his treasured ATV.

Police arrested Travis Hall of Prestonsburg with receiving stolen property under ten thousand dollars.

Howard's family members say they're glad to finally see their streak of bad luck come to an end.
