Police release shooting victim's name

Police say the victim's name is Walter Johnson Junior, 39, from Atlanta, Georgia.

Officers say he was shot once in the back inside a Jenkins home and died a short time later.

Police charged 43 year-old Alfred White with murder and one count of possession of a handgun.

He is scheduled to be in court Friday at one o'clock.

He's being held in the Letcher County Jail.
